Campground Guidelines and Information

This is a family campground, general information is listed here, additional information will be given at check in. These rules are designed to make camping a safe and happy experience for all. Please respect fellow camper areas.

Check In/Check Out

Campsite check in and check out times are 1:00pm.
Cabin check in is 1:00 pm. Cabin check out is 12:00 pm.



Registration
All campers and visitors must be registered in the office before entering the campground. All car passes must be displayed in the window at all times. No more than 2 vehicles per site, if room. You must be 21 years old to reserve a site. No one under 18 is permitted without parent or guardian. No minor children may be left in campground unattended. There is a maximum of 4 adults and 6 children overnight per site with only 1 camp unit per site. See Rates for exceptions.

Visitors

ALL visitors are required to register at the office upon arrival to receive a car tag. Check rates for visitor fees. All day visitors must exit the park by 10 PM.

Quiet Hours
Please respect your camping neighbors by observing our 10 PM to 8 AM Quiet Time. All visitors must leave by 10 PM. All children must be in your site during quiet time hours. No loud or amplified music at anytime. TV’s and radios must not be heard outside your sight at any time. Radios must be off at 10 PM. Please keep voices down, especially with large groups.

Pets
Pets must be on leashes at all times. Limit 2 pets per site. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately day or night throughout the entire campground. Loud or uncontrollable barking is not allowed.

Garbage
Wisconsin law requires that garbage is recycled. Please place all garbage in the correct bins at the front of the park.

Fireworks

NO fireworks, firearms, firecrackers, sparklers or any type of explosive is allowed at any time. This includes pellet and BB guns.


Children
 Bikes must observe the 5 mph speed limit, watch for all traffic (foot or vehicles) and follow directional signs. Bikes are allowed on roads only. Children must be supervised in the pool and playground areas. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior. Please keep children out of unoccupied sites. Unlicensed drivers may not operate motor scooters or golf carts.

Pool
Our in ground pool is heated and for the enjoyment of all guests. Anyone under the age of 14 must have an adult 18 or older supervisor at all times.  No large float toys are allowed in the pool if there are several people in it. No food, smoking, glass, water guns, water balloons or pets are allowed in the pool enclosure area. Un-potty trained children must wear little swimmer pants in the pool. Little Swimmers are available for purchase in the camp store.

Vehicles
NO ATV’s or dirt bikes may be ridden in the park at any time. ALL vehicles, including golf carts and bikes, must observe the      5 MPH speed limit at all times.  2 vehicles per site max and only if they fit.
ATV's and Route Access
ATV's cannot be ridden on the campground roads at any time. We do have route access to the ATV Trails from the campground along McCabe Road to North Rd into Lakewood or Townsend to the trails. Maps are available in the office. ATV's must be brought to the front of the campground by trailer and may be ridden out from the front parking lot. Trailers can be left in the boat storage area, parking lot or brought back to your site.

Campfires
DO NOT remove fire rings. No tree cutting is allowed, firewood is available at the store. All fires must be within the fire ring and completely extinguished with water before you leave. DO NOT USE THE FIRE PIT FOR A GARBAGE CAN. A $10.00 fee will be billed to your credit card if garbage is left in the pit.

Showers and Laundry
Available at the Main Building 24 hours a day from the back doors. Coin operated showers run 2 mins/25 cents. Read all instructions thoroughly before operating. All young children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pit Toilets

Pit Toilets are marked on the campground map. Please close lids to ensure the ventilation system works. Turn off lights when leaving.


Dump Station
Please dispose of all waste products, both black and gray, correctly. ANY GRAY OR BLACK WATER DUMPED ON THE SITE WILL BE FINED, THIS INCLUDES POP-UP CAMPERS. The dump station is located on the main parking lot. Use only formaldehyde free products with live bacteria, which is environmentally safe.

Before you leave
Please police your site before you leave. Pick up any garbage, firewood debris, cigarette butts and dispose of properly. If we have to clean up your mess, you will be billed. Please leave your site as clean as when you came in.
