Park Model Rental Info

Enjoy this 12' x 32' 2 bedroom park model rental that will sleep up to six persons. A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in any rental unit and base rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children. This park model unit comes with a kitchen equipped with all of your dishes, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and more. It also has a full bathroom, living room with full sized futon, dining room , bunk room and a bedroom with a full sized bed. There is a picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill and even your lawn chairs. There is a window air conditioner and two ceiling fans. You do need to bring your own bedding including pillows, your towels and food. There's even a sand box in the yard for the kids. Sorry but we don't allow smoking or pets in any of our rental units.
